ELIGIBILITY: THE BARKBOX x SCOOB! GIVEAWAY (“GIVEAWAY”) IS OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF, AND RESIDING IN, THE FIFTY (50) UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and/or judges, which are binding and final on matters relating to the Giveaway. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.

The next (25) winners who solve the mystery correctly will get a free 1 month giftcode to BarkBox + free SCOOB! toys. Code expires on 1/1/20 (6 months)
The remaining entrants who solve the mystery correctly will be receiving a 50% off BarkBox code. The code is set to expire at the end of May & is applicable on all plans
GIVEAWAY PERIOD: The Giveaway will begin on May 1, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends May 2, 2020 at 4:00 p.m. ET (“Giveaway Period”).
HOW TO ENTER: During the Giveaway Period, to enter, visit @barkbox’s profile page on Instagram, find the posts about this Giveaway and find one (1) SCOOB!-themed hidden message located within the sixteen (16) previous posts (one (1) word per post) on the @barkbox Instagram page (the “Bark Instagram Posts”). Once you find the hidden message, send it with your Instagram handle via email to [email protected] (“entry”). All entries must be received by 4:00 p.m. ET on May 2, 2020. Limit one (1) entry per person for the entire Giveaway. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means or by any means which subvert the entry process are void. Entries in excess of the stated entry limit will be void. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities or devices in an attempt to circumvent the entry limitation. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent these Official Rules, your entry may be void. Entries become the sole property of Sponsor. If you do not have an Instagram account, establishing an account is free. All Instagram terms apply.
WINNER DETERMINATION: The first thirty-five (35) eligible entries received by Sponsor that accurately identify the hidden message located in the Bark Instagram Posts, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, will be potential winners of the Giveaway. The first ten (10) correct entries will be awarded first prizes, and the next twenty-five (25) correct entries will be awarded second prizes. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received and the timing of such entries. Potential winners will be notified by email and may be required to execute and return a W-9 Form and/or an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release and, where lawful, a publicity release within seven (7) days of date of issuance. If such documents are not returned within the specified time period, prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or a potential winner is not in compliance with these rules, prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate winner selected. Only three (3) alternate winners will be selected after which the prize shall remain unawarded.

All other entrants who send us the correct answer by May 2, 2020 at 4 p.m. ET will receive a discount code for 50% off the first box in a new Barkbox subscription.
Total ARV of all prizes: $3,590.00. Subscriptions are subject to terms and conditions at barkbox.com. Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. All federal, state and local taxes, if any, and all other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided are the sole responsibility of the winners. Winners may not substitute, assign or transfer prize, but Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of comparable or greater value. Prizes are not redeemable for cash. PUBLICITY GRANT: Except where legally prohibited, by acceptance of a prize, each winner grants permission for Sponsor and its designees to use his/her name, user name, address (city and state), photograph (including, but not limited to, profile photo), voice and/or other likeness and prize information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, in any manner, worldwide in perpetuity, without notice, review, approval or compensation.
GENERAL CONDITIONS: Entrants, by participating, agree that Sponsor, Warner, Instagram, LLC, and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising and promotion agencies and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by entrants against, any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including death, to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of the prizes or participation in this Giveaway. Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, undelivered or garbled entries, direct messages, email or other communications; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Giveaway, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Giveaway, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prizes or in any Giveaway-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site or platform users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Giveaway. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to participants’ or to any other person’s computer or mobile device related to or resulting from participating in this Giveaway or downloading materials from or use of the platform. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Giveaway or platform or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Should any portion of the Giveaway be, in Sponsor’ sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries, Sponsor reserve the right at their sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Giveaway and, if terminated, at its discretion, select the potential winners from all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to action taken or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor.
