You know what it’s like when 3.30-itis hits. Must. Have. Cookies. These homemade organic dog cookies were polished off in no time by our office dogs this afternoon. They take 10 minutes to make, and you can store a batch in the freezer for anytime treats. Even better, they’re hooman grade, so no one will judge you if you tuck into them, too.

Ingredients
1 cup rolled oats
3 Tablespoons peanut butter
1/3 cup coconut oil
1/2 cup chicken stock (homemade or low-sodium)
Small handful parsley, finely chopped

1. Grind half the oats in a pestle and mortar or food processor until you have a soft, oat flour.
2. Mix together the oat flour with the rest of the ingredients.
3. With wet hands, roll 1 teaspoon-size balls between your palms, then flatten slightly to make a disk.
4. Store in the fridge, or freeze on a parchment paper-lined plate until hard, then transfer to a freezer bag (defrost for 30 minutes before serving).
