A man was arrested earlier this week after allegedly plotting to kidnap one of President Obama’s Portuguese Water Dogs, Bo. Secret Service was informed that 49-year-old, Scott Stockert drove from his home in North Dakota to a hotel one mile from The White House with an intent to kidnap the First Dog.

Stockert was arrested when agents found two unregistered firearms, 300 rounds of ammunition, a billy club, and a machete in the trunk of his pickup truck. Along with admitting his plan to dognap Bo Obama, Stockert made several other outrageous claims during his arrest: that he was the son of John F. Kennedy and Marilyn Monroe, that he planned to run for president, that he was Jesus Christ, and that officers “picked the wrong person to mess with. I will f— your world up.”

Stockert is awaiting a court date for illegally carrying a rifle or shotgun outside a home or business. He was released from custody under “high-risk supervision” on Friday and must wear an ankle monitor. Both of President Obama’s beloved Portuguese Water Dogs, Bo and Sunny, are safe and pound sound.
