On this day three years ago, Bark & Co sent out the very first BarkBox. 97 pups received that box (including Brix, who hasn’t missed a box since and for whom we threw a surprise paw-ty last week!)
To work at Bark & Co is to be part of a family of the biggest and craziest dog lovers. We come into work every morning, our dogs bounding in front of us, to think about how we can make more dogs happy. And we can’t thank you enough for your support to help us do this!
And over the past three years our pack of happy pups has grown and grown! Those first 97 pupscribers have grown into a community of 30 million around the world. Our own team has grown from three employees to 65. And we’ve launched an ever-expanding suite of products to help you spoil your dog: BarkPost, the best doggy news, BarkShop, the greatest treat n toy store for dogs, BarkCam, to make your dog internet-famous, BarkBuddy, to find an adoptable dog near you, and more!
It’s been a wild ride for the past three years. We’re so excited to share that ride with you in the video below, and this Saturday afternoon we’re bringing it all together for the biggest doggone celebration in NYC – BarkDay!
