This week we’re making Puppermint Fresh Bites with lots of fresh mint and parsley to give your dog a healthy, scrumptious treat while also freshening their breath!

Whachu’ Need:

-1/2 Cups Chopped Fresh Mint
-1/3 Cups Chopped Parsley
-2 1/2 Cups Oat Flour
-3 Tablespoons Coconut Oil
-1 Large Egg

Whachu’ Gonna Do:

-Preheat oven to 325°

-In a large mixing bowl combine the oat flour, egg, coconut oil, and chopped herbs; mix well to form a thick dough. If necessary, add flour until dough is no longer sticky.

-On a floured surface, roll out your dough and cut out treats with a cookie cutter. Space evenly on a baking sheet topped with parchment paper and bake for 30-35 minutes. For a crispier cookie, flip over halfway through cooking time.

Allow to cool completely before giving to your dog to enjoy!

See you next week!
