Holly’s story proves you don’t have to be a purebred pooch to live luxuriously! Mary Williamson found her Chihuahua (named Holly Golightly) in a high kill shelter in NYC. They decided to do a photoshoot recreating the stills from the iconic movie that gave Holly her namesake. Below are the incredible pictures from “Barkfest at Sniffany’s”, along with a few pup-ified quotations from the beloved film:
“But I am mad about José. I honestly think I’d give up treats if he asked me.”

“I’ll never get used to any toy. Anybody that does, they might as well be dead.”

“Pawtuguese, a very complicated language, darling. Four thousand irregular verbs.”

“Promise me one thing: don’t take me home until the dog park is closed — very closed indeed.”

“You can always tell what kind of a dog someone thinks you are by the toys they give you. I must say — the mind reels.”

“Hand me my purse, will you, darling? A girl can’t read that sort of thing… with… without her Bully Stick.”

“There are certain shades of Instafame that can wreck a pup’s complexion.”

“If I could find a real-life place that’d make me feel like Tiffany’s, then — then I’d buy some dog beds and give the pup a name!”

“No matter where you run, you just end up running into yourself. Especially if you’re running at a mirror.”
