Last week, Fireman (AKA Buddy) found the pawfect home with a young person who understands his particular experience. Chloe Levenson suffered burns as a baby due to an accident with scalding tea, and is still undergoing surgeries and treatment.
The girl and three-pound pup were match-made by the rescue Umbrella of Hope from Pittsburg, CA. Umbrella of Hope received thousands of inquiries and applications to adopt Fireman, but the organization knew Chloe was the perfect fit. Fireman’s pain caused some anti-social behavior, but with the love and care from this tween, he’s sure to make a happy adjustment.
