When people decide to bring home a pup, countless factors need to be considered. Do you have the time and commitment that comes with adopting a living being? Will you be able to provide food, care, and the kind of comfort that this adorable fur-butt will need? Then there's the healthcare costs, pet fees at rental units etc.
