It’s unclear how this poor pupsicle got stuck on the ice. All we know is that he spent five days there until the Utah County Sheriff’s Department performed a miraculous “drive-by” rescue.
The dog was trapped in Deer Creek Reservoir in Wasatch County, Utah. The Sheriff’s Department said on their Facebook page that there were attempts to rescue the dog prior to the Wasatch County DNR asking them to assist.
Luckily the rescue was caught on camera as Utah County Search and Rescue volunteer Toby Norton scooped up the pooch. Check it out here:
