Rescuers from Rescue from the Hart were in shock with they found Angel. Someone had severely abused the dog and purposefully starved her. Angel’s organs were shutting down and it seemed like the sweet girl was not long for this world. Rescuers refused to give up on her. They were determined to help her survive.
