Roscoe, an 11-year-old Miniature Dachshund, got a brand new parka to keep him warm during the winter. The only problem? He’s so chubby, the parka won’t button.
Roscoe’s owner, 17-year-old Ryan Holt, tweeted a picture of his dog on Twitter. The tweet got more than 9,000 retweets and counting:
Holt told BarkPost his mom bought Roscoe a parka to keep the dog from shivering on walks. However, he didn’t expect his 20 pound dog to struggle with fitting in it.
Unbuttoned parka or not, you have to admit — the dog looks fabulous, like he’s about to strut down the snow-covered sidewalks of the strip. Godspeed, Parka Dachshund. Godspeed.
