New Live Stream App Will Take Dog Celebrity To The Next Level

These days, dogs are more celebrated on social media than hoomans.  And why shouldn’t they be?  We’ll take a Kardoggian over a Kardashian any day.  And Twitter’s new Live-Streaming App, Periscope, is blowing the doggie doors off social media for a whole new way to share, interact, and ROFL with dogs all over the world.

Get a special behind-the-scenes look at fur-lebrities and comment along live!  You may see some faces you recognize along the way.

Or sometimes you stumble on an adorkable pup eating shoelaces and you just can’t even.

You can even catch special events in a whole new light – like this beautifully weird Frenchie meetup! (because, honestly, who would want to miss out on that kind of pawty?)

Fetching the app is easy, just grab it from the App Store!  You can sign up with your Twitter account or a Phone number and be online poo-per quick!  Once you’re in, get to browsin’ or simply search for your favorite account and check their feed.

If you miss a video when it’s live, no worries!  It’ll be available for 24 hours after it airs.  You can also easily join streams outside the app by clicking links like this on Twitter:

As you can see, we have an account of our own.  It’s DA BEST.  We’ll see you there!  You can follow us @barkbox on Periscope for daily streams of shelter dogs, playful puppies and general sillies.  Because why miss this?

And be sure to check out our live coverage of BarkFest on Periscope all-day this Sunday July 19th. It’s gonna be the world’s biggest dog pawty and you don’t want to miss it!

Spanks a million!
