In the video posted to his Facebook page, the girl can be heard softly singing to a sleepy Oscar while stroking his head before he comes up for a nose boop. (Trust us, the precious levels are off the chart.) According to the post, she often sings him to sleep.
Since being rescued, Oscar has passed his ASPCA SAFER testing and has become an AKC Canine Good Citizen. He lives inside his forever home, never to be chained up outside again, with his two human siblings and an elder cat. Good boy, Oscar!
