Pit Bull and Deer Develop Workout Program Based on Short Interval Sprints

Welcome to the first workout video from the Pit Bull/Deer Fitness Studio. In the video, it is unclear who leads and who follows, but both participants are safely cordoned off by a two-meter iron and stone fence. Each sprint is no longer than 5 seconds at full speed with a healthy rest between each. Try it with a friend!
