In early May, L.A. Waste Management discovered a homeless Pit Bull living in their dump. They immediately contacted Eldad, a rescuer with Hope For Paws.
Once on the scene, Eldad discovered that the rescue required him to scale dangerous mounds of trash to bring this terrified Pittie, named Thor, to safety.
It took two days for Eldad to catch the pup, but once he did, Thor quickly began to trust and dote on his rescuers. He even snuggled them on the ride home!
