On Monday, Brooke, a rescuer with Kings SPCA Rescue, went to pick up a dog that someone abandoned on the street on Saturday morning. She filmed the rescue and posted it to Facebook. Brooke rescues a lot of dogs, but this one truly broke her heart. She poured out her feelings in an emotional letter to the dog’s former owners.
