This is Teri.
Teri is a 12 year old Shiba Inu who found her way to Carson Animal Care Center in Gardena, California two days ago when her family surrendered her. They’d lost their home and had to move into an RV. They have two younger dogs, whom they did not surrender.
The heartbreak doesn’t end there for girl. She has a large mass on her side, at the moment, no one knows what it is – what we do know is that this girl needs immediate help.
Before CACC will release her, they require a temperament test, the request for which must be made in person. It’s obvious from the video that Teri is sweet and just wants someone to love.
Without the temperament test request, the shelter could put Teri to sleep at any time.
