A brave and selfless mother dog in Dublin gave birth to a dozen puppies after surviving a brutal attack. Cinnamon the Greyhound sustained severe cuts and stabs by an unknown assailant and was left to die in the street.
But the tough Irish gal held on to bring her twelve healthy pups into the world.
To match their mum's spicy moniker, foster parent Sean Fitzpatrick named the puppies: Basil, Chilli, Ginger, Jasmine, Lavender, Nutmeg, Paprika, Pepper, Saffron, Sage, Salt and Wasabi.
Cinnamon is making a smooth recovery! The family is up for adoption through the Dublin Society for Prevention of Cruelty to Animals
so if you're in the area, you could give a loving home to your very own Spice Pup!
