A brave and selfless mother dog in Dublin gave birth to a dozen puppies after surviving a brutal attack. Cinnamon the Greyhound sustained severe cuts and stabs by an unknown assailant and was left to die in the street.

To match their mum’s spicy moniker, foster parent Sean Fitzpatrick named the puppies: Basil, Chilli, Ginger, Jasmine, Lavender, Nutmeg, Paprika, Pepper, Saffron, Sage, Salt and Wasabi.
