After winning more than 50 awards and premiering at more than 180 film festivals, the creators of the 4-minute short “The Present” have decided to share with the Internet the film that has the media and critics buzzing.
“The Present,” by Jacob Frey and based on a comic strip by Fábio Coala Cavalcanti, is about an angsty teenage boy who receives a mysterious cardboard box from his mom with a puppy in it (!!!). You’ll have to watch the rest to find out how it ends.
