It’s difficult to understand why anyone would take on the responsibility of owning a dog and not follow through by providing proper care. This holds especially true in the case of the Pibble mama featured in the above heartbreaking video. Found roaming the streets of New Orleans, this new mom was in desperate need of immediate care as she was malnourished, neglected, and searching for her puppies so she could feed them. Thankfully, Villalobos Rescue intervened at just the right moment and was able to take all of the dogs away from their “home” and reunite them in a safe place. Two paws up for the good guys!
