At BARK, we design more than 500 toys in-house each year, have accumulated over 1.7 million active BarkBox and Super Chewer subscribers, and have product in 23k online and in-store retailers. But every so often, we find ourselves especially charmed and excited by ideas we can’t help but bring to life.
From a fleeting collection of squeaky Dunkin’ donut holes to batches of 4/20 toys that tested all kinds of limits, our product drops are as thrilling to enjoy as they are to create (as long as you can get them before they’re gone!). Explore the complete list:
1. Anheuser-Busch: Barkweiser & Bark Light
The dog people at BARK and the beer people at Anheuser-Busch came together and asked, “How can we combine these two things we love to love?” Thus, the 7-pack was born: a 6-pack of human beer, plus a squeaky, crinkly cold one for your best pal. Available at shopbeergear.com.
2. Costco Food Court
Nothing satisfies the hunger triggered by free Costco samples like a trip to the food court. Since your dog can’t order themselves, we created a bundle just for them (squeaky membership card included.) Available in select Costco stores nationwide and online.
3. Dunkin’
The only things you need to start your morning right are dogs and coffee. And for a REALLY good morning, donut holes. These limited-edition Dunkin’ Munchkins and coffee cups popped up in Dunkin’ stores nationwide, with proceeds donated to fight hunger and illness with the Dunkin’ Joy in Childhood Foundation.
4. Bed Bath & Beyond
Grab your giant 20% off coupon and head to your nearest Bed Bath & Beyond store to collect the entire kitchen-lovers’ Mutts-Have List! From squeaky cupcakes to crinkly cookbooks, this place has got it all.
5. Shake Shack
This tasty trifecta came together in the Shake Shack spirit to give your dog the full dining experience! Pass the Frenchie Fries, please.
6. Glossier
Dogs are beautiful just the way they are, but they’d never be caught without the classics in their collection—”Balm Dogcom” and “Toy Brow,” that is. This super limited-edition drop sold out fast, but the epic photos live on.
7. Bluestone Lane
A satisfying squeak is just the right pick-me-up, especially when your dog gets to enjoy it with you. We partnered with Bluestone Lane to stock their coffee shops with toys & treats across the US, including the “Chewstone Lane Coffee-To-Go” and “Bark Roast Bag Of Beans.” It even kicked off with a number of special Pup-Up and Yappy Hour events!
8. Subaru
In an epic series of Winterfest pop-up events, Super Chewer and Subaru joined dog-lovin’ forces to share the love with pups and their people, toys and adventure galore. In honor of Subaru Loves Pets, we also created a collection of BARK Subaru toys for any car shoppers with a dog!
9. Super Chewer X YETI Bowl
BARK Super Chewer teamed up with YETI to treat dogs to the best bowl on the planet. Non-slip, double-walled, and stainless steel, they’re designed with ruggedness and durability in mind, and have been known to appear as a free gift with a new Super Chewer subscription!
10. Pride Collection
Available exclusively for BarkBox subscribers, our pride collection came from the wonderful and talented brain of BARK Director of Toys, Derek! A portion of proceeds for each toy sale went directly to One Tail At A Time in Chicago, a rescue also dedicated to housing animal-loving youth transitioning out of homelessness. OTAT provides them with a transformed apartment above their Training and Behavior Center, and uses the space for residents to foster pets in need.
They are now working on establishing ongoing education programs with hands-on volunteer opportunities at a local LGBTQIA+ friendly housing center, which they hope will help OTAT identify residents for the foster apartment while providing the therapeutic benefits of dogs.
11. 4/20 Collection
Last year, we asked a new potential BARK designer to sketch a “wild card” idea for his dream dog toys, and he gave us a 4/20 collection that pushed so many boundaries, we obviously had to make it real. We sold out of the entire collection in 24 hours, and brought them back the following year with the company of Farmer Jared, a totally normal farmer with a totally normal farm, who helps us get high… quality produce for you and your dogs.
