BarkBox celebrates the striking wilderness of the Australian Outback, and the one-of-a-kind creatures that call it home in this newest collection release. The recent devastation has struck a chord across the globe, and we find ourselves in a position to make a difference for our wild friends in need.
BARK will donate $25,000 to the International Fund for Animal Welfare’s (IFAW) Koala Dog Detection Program to support dogs like Bear in their efforts to locate injured, ill, or displaced koalas, and to help conserve their ecosystems. You can learn more about IFAW and donate here.

Where It All Begins
Every toy starts its life inside a designer’s sketchbook (our designers live and breathe dogs—they’re experts). Once we have a final design, it’s turned into 3D renders, prints, and, eventually, a ready-to-love toy! Here’s a peek inside:

- WOMBAT FACT! Wombats’ poop is cubical! Scientists believe they use it to send information to other wombats, and the cube shape prevents it from rolling away.
Drongo Platypus

- PLATYPUS FACT! Even without sight, smell, or hearing, their bill (which contains thousands of cells) allows them to use “electrolocation” to hunt.
Edna Echidna
A spiny bloke with a love for that amber fluid. Cheers, mate.

- ECHIDNA FACT! They have tiny mouths and no teeth, but use their sticky six-inch tongue to catch insects. Their scientific name, Tachyglossus, means “fast tongue.”
