The humans behind @lifeofpikelet are always fostering pups and getting them ready for their furever homes. This week, they’ve added some winged puppers to their pack:
The only thing that could make this classic #bathface photo more fun would be real ducklings

Pikelet Butterwiggle Stoll and Patty Cakes Huckleberry Stoll, two rescue Pitties living the sweet life in Sydney, Australia, are experts at fostering pups, but they’ve got a knack for taking care of tiny quackers too.
Patty Cakes has stepped up his #motherducking game, volunteering to keep watch over the pipsqueaks, named Penguin and Popinjay, while everyone else goes about their business.
The fuzzy pair was surrendered to Wollongong Animal Rescue Network, a nonprofit run by volunteers to rescue abandoned and neglected companion animals. The ducklings seem to really enjoy the dogs’ company, because they are rarely seen wandering away from their four-legged besties.
They even enjoy hanging out on both dogs’ heads, posing for impossibly heartwarming pictures for their Facebook and Instagram followers.
The waddling pair will remain under the pups’ care until they are ready to move on to a forever home. Until then, we can all enjoy adorable photos like this one of the ducklings getting their snuggle on…
And this one of Popinjay sitting on Patty Cakes’ paws:
And videos of the ducklings happily exploring their new home while Patty Cakes watches…
Patty Cakes turns 6 months old in just two days… I think he's hoping Ma & Pa adopt the ducklets for his 1/2 birthday present.#rescuepup #rescueducks #fiveminutesandfiveseconds
