Meet Mishka. Mishka is a Karelian Bear dog with a big job – he helps in the process of transitioning bears who have grown up or become too accustomed to living in captivity to living in the wild again. How does he do this? He scares them! It may seem a bit strange, but scaring bears has proven to be the most effective way to kickstart their wild instincts.

It was a normal day on the job for Mishka when he was approached by a lost fawn. Immediately, this bear-scare dog became the most pawfect pawster parent to the little guy! Misha is one amazing pooch.
