North Korea Uses ‘Birthday Dog’ Meme As Hilarious Example Of American Indulgence

The image, which depicts a very satisfied and stoned looking Riley celebrating his first birthday, was used on the North Korean television show, Today’s World, as a hilarious example of American extravagance. The program also used a picture of Giant George, former tallest dog in the world, to showcase our lavish American lifestyle. When asked how he feels about being the face of American ostentatiousness, Riley responded:
