Over 300 Dogs Are Rescued in Puppy Mill Raid – But Wait, It Gets Better…

It's the happiest ending anyone could hope for for the neglected dogs found living in horrible conditions in Cherokee County, Georgia back in July. The poor pups were found stuffed in dirty cages, badly in need of medical attention. When their heartbreaking story broke, it was met with an outpouring of donations of time, money, and supplies from people who believed these dogs deserved a second chance. An adoption fee of $100 and one-dog-per-family rule were set in place to discourage unsuitable owners. As of a 8/27/17 update on the Cherokee County Animal Shelter's Facebook page, the last of the pups have been adopted! Amazing news!
