Florida resident Yajaira Fuentes doesn’t know what happened to her Yorkie after she escaped the yard 10 years ago. All she knows is that after all this time, her pup is back where she belongs.
Ginger, the Yorkshire Terrier, was found near a busy road in Houston, Texas. A microchip scan helped find her way home where she lives with two other dogs, a bird and a ferret.
Fuentes paid for boarding and a flight home, and the good Samaritans made sure Ginger had the right crate for the flight.
Unfortunately, Ginger’s excursions took a toll on her body. She needs surgeries to remove tumors, but Fuentes is willing to do whatever it takes to keep her pup happy and healthy. See more in the video below.
