This precious loaf of baby bully has an itch he just can’t scratch! Arnold, of the cute Instagram duo @arnold_and_rosie, is just learning how to be a proper pup.
In the nearly convulsion-inducing video below, we see Arnold do the very best he can to scratch his own ear. He’s up against some big obstacles, though: he’s never done it successfully before and he has to deal with a slippery hardwood floor.
