According to the Imgur caption, the dog chewed through the couch in an effort to catch a mouse. Once inside the couch, the dog thought the best way to leave the couch was to, duh, chew his way out. Isn’t dog logic the best? Of course, once he realized he was stuck, the dog seemed perfectly content with embracing his new life as a couch.
I guess that’s one way to get over the humiliation.
