Many of us humans worry about whether we will be alone on Valentines Day, but don't give a single thought to all the pups out there who spend it alone. To celebrate this day of love,Gateway Pet Guardians
is giving some of their shelter pooches a great new gig.
A lucky few will get to paw-take in their Puppy Gram
program for Valentines Day. For a donation of $100 you can have a bouquet of flowers and snuggles and kisses from an adorable shelter pup. What girl wouldn't want that over a box of chocolates?
According to Jamie Case, executive director for the shelter, the group made more then 100 Puppy Grams in 2015 and are hoping for another good run this year. Puppy Grams will be available within 30 miles of downtown Saint Louis, MO and will be delivered on February 12th and 13th. This shelter has certainly shown one more pawsitive way to get people involved with homeless pups in their community.
As you can see in the video below, that ball of fluff will certainly get an extra smile out of your special someone, and your donation will go toward a great cause. The only "downside" might be the puppy breath.
